They have no idea what a “sync” is, they have done barely anything to move along the sync for the whole year. Some examples of this: 1) They gave only half of the GLOBAL FIRST GOKU BLACK to us on Global, but then give the full celebration on JP like what!? 2) Every time Global gets a banner they need, JP get 1-2 more banners that we have to catch up on, which doesn’t help with the sync at all and only leads to a statement. I have no idea why they don’t just release everything global need in one big celebration, and the boom were synced. 3) They have barely told any of us players anything about the sync besides announcing it and saying when we will be sync but we will still be missing stuff on global because they refuse to just spam release stuff in global.

I think the most annoying part of this is the “here is where the unification is happening” followed by “we will go into detail later in the 9th anniversary”. Like what’s stopping you from telling me your very poorly thought out schedule. And why waste time in 2 weeks trying to keep people excited to most likely tell us something that we already knew. Maybe after seeing how confused and distrusting people are they will word this next dokkan now very carefully in 3ish weeks.

People / Organisations are remembered by how they respond to certain situations, sadly the unification fumbles will be remembered long after the sync. If the sync was handled more professionally and communication to players was more transparent this would have been a great accomplishment for the dokkan team, respect and faith in the game and developers would have been at an all time high. Sad to see how this has been handled, would love to see them prove they learned from this and not let anything like this happen again.

I’m happy with the banner discounts and it’s pretty good. But the unification was announced too early, and since we don’t have for info, it feels like an afterthought. I’m really disappointed with how they have been handling content. The Goku Black “Celebration” was so biased since in Global we got almost nothing and in JP, they got Goku Black’s SEZA and Cell Max. We will get the content eventually but man, it stings since it was a “Global First”. Of course I’m happy about the Anniversary, but everything outside it has me worried. Just hope Dokkan eventually leaves this era, since it’s been pretty hard handling the JP bias and incomplete content. I’m tired Dokkan. Please be better.

I've played this game since 2nd anniversary on Global. The fact that banners will start coming out at the same time starting in August is good enough for me. That is a bigger win than a potential delay in UI goku. Also we get 2 anniversaries within 6 months of eachother. The next 6 months on global gonna be hype

I wonder if the part 2 beast and gamma banners will also have the step-up system. Common sense would dictate that they do, but we clearly don't operate on common sense here. If they don't then it may change the way I plan to summon. Initially I was just going to focus the beast banner because it has more stuff I want/need, but if the part 2 banners don't have the step-up, then it may be worthwhile to shoot a 250-ish stone shot on one of the part one banners first. Slightly unrelated, but I also can't wait to spend a year+ worth of stones on these amazing banners we're finally getting just for them to be borderline useless when we sync up in August and get access to stages that are specifically designed around having units we haven't gotten access to yet.

The theory toon presented earlier is looking more valid. From worldwide on we will have the same banners pretty big step there. That’s synched. The handful of units we don’t have, and yes it’s only a handful will either come on Halloween on what would normally be a trap banner or they will be released for global when they are re-released for JP. Toon called that a while ago and it looks like that’s the way it goes down. The one thing I am curious about is what will they do for the global anniversary moving forward. Will it just be a standard Tanabata celebration? Will it be global anniversary that we both celebrate? What will this years thank you celebration look like?

People are talking about how hyped global is going to be but I think it's the opposite. I think that global is about to be royally screwed until post 10th anni. We have 9th anni starting now, then a month after it ends we go into wwdc. Then we have to get toppo/Cell max somewhere in the mix. Then we have tanabata in November most likely. Then we have new years and then we have anni. Once the chain starts with anni, Global is going to have no downtime and no time to save. It's going to be brutal for stones especially if you want someone like toppo. Good luck out there.

Were the banners initially going to be 30, 40, 50, free? That would be 240 stones for 8 spins. If so, it comes down to if the 10% chance for the banner unit (believe 10 featured ssr's on banner?) is worth it costing 15 more stones and losing a full 10 summons. Again, I'm not sure what the banners looked like, though, but if they were 4 step discount rotations, the current banner would cost 15 more stones for the same odds of a feature but with 10 fewer random characters (that could be a feature). edit: As to the sync, I don't think we'll get the same banners as JP. Their entire thing was adding the characters we are currently missing would require more stuff to be done, meaning they couldn't be on a new banner like JP would get before that happens. They will most likely replace those units with something else for global.

the best thing they can do, is keep the global celebs as well as the JP celebs, such as the thank you celebration, and have the tanabata units show up on global and JP together, allowing JP to purchase with coins, (hopefully on global as well, i doubt it). whilst celebrating the JP anniversary together, and renaming the global anniversary to another celebration, OR pulling that celebration back 1 or 2 months (during JPs dead time) to give time to buffer for worldwide as well for player's who aren't too hype on small/regular banners. and have a REAL FULL SYNC during JP anni or saiyan day earliest. all of which could've been done last year..... -_- #OMATSUISTRASH

For all of you who are lost or concerned simply look back at OPTC's Sync like 2 years ago-ish. COMPLETE disaster. Same company... Literally the same BS happening all over again. Except in that disaster they folded Korea into Global (b/c there were 3 versions) and for the inconvenience of having to re-favorite their boxes they gave them 12-14 multies worth of currency...So for several months it was DOMINATION by the Koreans on leaderboards thanks to the extra currency. We also got rushed banners, were missing units, the post sync has been awful b/c their "effort" went way down. Lots of translation errors, ability errors, banner errors. Just a giant mess. Plus we lost Foresight and for non-whales, foresight was immeasurably good! Let's us know what to spend on and what to skip. Sync was ONLY good for their pocketbooks.

I ws expecting something more dramatic about the drama. Instead its standard Akatsuki disappointing Global. My only guess is that UI Goku comes out the usual scheduled time on global and st the ssme time as the upcoming banners. Discounts for Broly though I'm happy.

its not that they "dont know" they have a plan but they haven't fully finalized everything yet, why announce a plan that CAN change knowing how terrible this community acts normally, be as vague as possible until everything is 100% finalized
