Y'know, looking back at this video a couple of years after I first viewed it, I realized this is pretty much an (albeit somewhat loosely) accurate depiction of how the Cogs came to Toontown. Well, it is after the original devs effectively erased their origin story from the earliest years, at least, where Scrooge McDuck was responsible (by accident). And then TTRW brought the old origin story back... and combined it with some ARG elements prior to the more public releases. I actually don't know if the ARG side of that private server is still going on even now...
