After Toopy makes a stain on Patchy Patch, he shakes a bottle and meets Dorothy the Genie when her phone isn't fully charged. Dorothy tells Toopy and Binoo that in order for her to go back in her bottle, that she must grant them three wishes and they must be completely satisfied, but they're not so satisfied when Dorothy accidentally makes Binoo's Patchy Patch disappear.
