I was born a drifter, I have spent most of my adult life running 2 rounds a week out of Ca. To the midwest from April to July. From July to September 2 rounds a week outta Florida to the midwest. Lots of calves out West Plains to Dalhart. This one touches me deeply, lots of truth spoke in it.

I just recently discovered Paul’s music. His songs are a daily listen now. His songs are FULL OF CHARACTER, as I’m sure that Paul is as well. As I’ve listened to most songs several times now I’ve found myself visualizing scenes of the lyrics. Something dawned on me lately.......”8 of 9”...let me explain. “THE MAN” 1. Jerry Reed 2. Kris Kristofferson 3. Paul Marhoefer “THE MYTH” 4. The Bandit 5. The Rubber Duck 6. The Cracker King “THE MOVIE” 7. Smokey and the Bandit 8. Convoy 9. ????? ( Tooter and the Line ) Paul’s music IS THE SCRIPT. Many thanks, Filthy Rich
