Primary mandibular lateral erupts between 10-16 months so it should be after the primary maxillary lateral as you stated in your 300 facts video.

Wrong eruption sequence for primary teeth has been given here. The sequence is Mandibular Central incisor, 6-10 months Maxillary Central Incisor, 8 - 12 months Maxillary Lateral Incisor, 9 -13 months Mandibular Lateral incisor, 10 - 16 months Maxillary First molar, 13 - 19 months Mandibular First Molar, 14-18 months Maxillary Canine, 16 -22 months Mandibular Canine, 17- 23 months Mandibular Second Molar 23-31 months Maxillary Second Molar 25 - 33 months So ideally mandibular central incisor erupts first followed by maxillary central incisor, followed by maxillary lateral incisor and mandibular lateral incisor. This video says mandibular incisor erupts first followed by mandibular incisor followed by maxillary central incisor and maxillary lateral incisor, which is totally wrong. Please use correct information.

5:45 the max 2 PM has a m slope shorter than d slope this is the rule not the exception. The exception is the max 1 facial aspect. Anyway your videos are awesome. Taking my nbde1 tomorrow

On a previous video, you say that a rule for primary eruption is "lowers before uppers except laterals," but on this video you are saying that the MX laterals are indeed after the lower laterals (7mo vs 9mo)...so which is it?

eruption of mandibular lateral is around 10m

Hi first of all thanks for the series of wonderful videos you created, second I have a question about time of eruption especially related to primary dentition where I have seen slight differences in the number of months in different lectures and textbook, so what exactly we should do or which numbers are exact numbers questioned by Board?
@kingot905 жыл бұрын
I have no idea why this video has so many likes. The entire primary dentition eruption sequence is wrong and if you use these numbers you're going to get all the relevant questions on the nbde1 wrong. Look at this link from the ada: www.ada.org/~/media/ADA/Publications/Files/patient_56.pdf?la=en

Just a quick question, for the root completion of third molars, shouldn't it be 2-3 years after eruption, as stated? So, shouldn't root completion for it be sooner than 26-27 years as answered on the last practice question? Thank you so much!

Kiana Rostamiani I had the same doubt.

Hello Thanks for posting this video. It is very helpful. Thank you so much :) Although If i understand correct the second quiz question is ' The earliest age at which the roots of Mx PM1(maxillary permanent first molar are completely formed is? You answered 12-13 years but maxillary permanent first molar erupts at age 6 - 7 so the roots are formed 2-3 years after eruption so the answer should be around 8-9 years old, isn't it?
