Not particularly. It was just an example for my students on the process I wanted them to use. It ended up being pretty EFFICIENT, but not very strong. Meaning it held a lot of weight compared to how much it weighs... Weight Held / Weight of Bridge.

Did you use toothpicks made out of birch wood or bamboo? Did you use super glue, gorilla glue, school glue, or some other type of glue?

They are the generic wood toothpicks, not sure what they are made of. We just used Elmer's glue, or the regular white school glue.

This is a fact : using super glue or hot glue on Toothpicks is not good to do because the glue will instantaneously dry up on the toothpick like if you accidentally slip super glue on your hand so that is no good for making a bridge out of Toothpicks (because you will slip some super glue some where you don’t want the glue at.
