We stayed at the Hyatt zilara cap Cana back in July 2024 and we had an excellent stay food was great and the staff was very friendly we can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at Secrets Cap Cana twice last year. Such a beautiful property with excellent service and a wonderful beach. Food was OK but not on par with other Searets properties we’ve visited in Cancun. It was also very quiet in the evenings, but we could hear lots going on right next-door at the Ziva/Zilara properties. May give Hyatt Zilara a chance next time
