There are communities that sell residences and they also have all inclusive resorts within them. Quivira, Puerto los CABOS, Cabo Del Sol. Rancho San Lucas.

I’ve heard many resorts are all Inclusive but have tons of hidden fees added onto the bill when checking out 😢
