iv'e seen people stuck on 7,8 and 9 here is what they offer 7: Not so far away village loot , cave meged with village, cherry grove biome,ice biome 8: giant jungle biome, savannah biome notnso far away, sand biome at shore,in the middle of the jungle biome is a mountain , and behind the jungle biome theres a big mountain area, and in the midst of that mountain area is a good spot for your awesome base,9:two villages next to spawn, shipwreck, giant savannah biome ( might not look great for some people but there more biomes next to it),pillager outpost,

7 is good if you are an avarege player since it has a village close by and a challenge ahead. 8 is better if you play with friends or are good at the game it has a nice area for your base and thats nice9 is a good seed for you if you're new or are coming back etc there's shipwrecks, villages even ravines nearby to explore you will have all necesary meterials to survive your first days and get on your feet.

Seed 9 is probably the best to get resources 2 shipwrecks near each other jungle, desert, mesa and birch and oak biomes 3 villages and a pillager outpost also underwater ruins and ruined nether portal in one of the villages
