Thanks for creating this video. I’m a beginner player but a long time tennis aficionado. Now I can practice many drills even when I’m alone to improve my form, footwork and skills, besides serving.

Awesome!! I VERY MUCH appreciate your videos! Very informative. As long as there is minimal snow outside this Winter, I will be on the court, getting my game together for next Spring!!!

Nice reasons to do these beginner drills. Thank you. I am a tennis coach in Bangalore
Thanks for the video. Problem with many of these drills - like shadow strokes. If u r a beginner and you do strokes with bad habits u will do them that way forever (u even say that). You have to have someone watch you and 'feel' the difference between a good form and bad form so u can correct yourself.

Why does every look comfortable with their racquets while holding mine, I am not comfortable even with two hands? Is the racquet too big and I am too small/week?
@sweetsanddandy86392 жыл бұрын
Oh boy, do I hate when tennis is in a movie or commercial! There was one that had leaves and snow(!) on the court. Coco Gauff was just in one where before she began her supposed practice session, they were pretending to run the machine that puts down chalk lines-on a hard court!!!

"Brilliant" point about shadow strokes for those actresses, and how a live ball inspires bad habits. I thought you were going to say they *only* did shadow strokes in the movie and then the ball was added in CGI....
@pakchu2 Жыл бұрын
Seems to me the coaches for the King Richard actresses were stressing stroke appearance over function. In other words, they didn’t care where their balls were flying, as they can edit that later
