Interesting fact. Tom Cruise is famous for never having his likeness appear on merchandise or in games. I guess Lego Ethan Hunt looks enough not like Tom Cruise that it got a pass, making Lego Dimensions the only Mission Impossible game that you can that you can actually play as Ethan Hunt.

I love this game. I really want to replay it on modern hardware. I own all of it. It cost me around £650 to get all them but I got some insane deals. And not all my sets are new or in good condition but all the tags work I got green arrow for £7 sealed and super girl for £20 used but great condition.

This game should receive a normal, digital version with digital DLCs. Especially that they already have a completed game and it will cost them nothing to release it on Steam or PS5/XSX. They can only earn money this way and it will be much more than the game ever earned with stupid toys. Until this happens (most likely will never happen) this game should not exist in our heads and should never be mentioned. It was created only to suck all money from our wallets and this shouldn't be approved by fans. And a reminder, this game was made for children and their parent's wallets, not for adults, who can decide, whether they can afford this or not P.S. It's not about the money, but the fact that it was released only on consoles, with hundreds of additional packages that were hard to get then and nowadays it is almost impossible as they are few times more expensive. I would pay for the digital PC version of every pack immediately.

@@zakattak393 Well, I'm from Europe so not only we had less packs here and nowadays it's much harder and much more expensive to buy them from the US, the packs back then were also much more expensive. But 12 bucks for one or two minifigs and one small and simple vehicle is still a lot, considering that you need to buy like twenty packs or even more to have a full experience and also a lot for a starter pack.

Lord Vortech was meant to be the best, with unique voicelines, interactions and abilities. But he never made it to the game , because it was canceled before year 3, with Sauron and Dorothy. Dorothy was included later as a LEGO Movie 2 CMF, but Vortech is still missing😭

It's funny because in Green lantern lore, if you wear a red lantern ring and took it off, you would die. So if it were lore accurate, Super-girl putting on that ring would be a one time thing unless there was a blue lantern to help you remove it.

Sonic being in lego dimensions isn't the first time TT games have handled sonic. TT games before doing nothing but lego games made various licensed games of different things (mostly disney stuff), and sonic was among those series they made games for. Their first game was Sonic 3D Blast for the genesis/megadrive and sega saturn in 1996. And then a year later they made Sonic R for the sega saturn and PC. So seeing TT games tackle sonic again for a third time since the meme able racing game with the cheesy vocal songs was quite nice after 20 years at that time.

the part of my Newt Scamander's toy tag that is scanned (the bottom) was offset so it wont scan and be put in the game. has this happened to any of yours? also are you gonna do a video on the best vehicles?

Unfortunately, I was never able to access the other versions of the Doctor due to being stuck with the broken Wii U version of the game combined with the ability to switch between the other Doctors being locked behind finishing the level pack, which I couldn't do because the Wii U version is broken and made it impossible to finish the level pack. For context, there's glitch in the Wii U version that makes it so you're unable to use Tardis locations. I press the button to interact with it, only for the Tardis to stay floating and just the sound effect of the Tardis disappearing plays. To make matters worse, the game doesn't let you step into the Tardis to select the final area of the level manually, so I was locked out of all the upgrades for both the K-9 and the Tardis, unable to access the other versions of the Doctor, and barred from being able to %100 percent the game, all because of this stupid glitch.

13:30 Jake can also transform into a big sphere ( 8:18 ) so you also do not need the JP Gyro. I like to put Jake, Chase, and Sloth on my Dimensions GamePad. You did not mention Sloth (from the Goonies Adventure World). Sloth has the "ability" to transform into ALL of the Goonies. Each one of them bring a different ability to the "character".

The aspect of Lego Dimensions I miss the most is how you can have a whole party of your favourite characters to roam around with and switch between them when you come across a new obstacle. In the others, you only get two characters. So you'll pick your two favourites, have a little stroll, only to come across something they can't do and painstakingly bring up the massive character menu and find the one you need.

You should have mentioned the fact that characters like Marceline or The Powerpuff Girls are incredible characters to explore and fight due to their regenerative ability making them almost impossible to defeat. The PPG are more broken than Marceline due to their fast attacks and distance laser vision, freeze breath, or tornado, and also PPG finishing moves can destroy the enemy (not like Marceline's which only scare the enemy) however, Starfire would take the 1# position in this category since in addition to having laser and regeneration, she also shoots several energy balls, and can create a beam of electricity that destroys an enemy (or another player in a battle arena) very quickly. Superman and Supergirl would take 1# overall on the entire list since they are permanently Invulnerable and can also regenerate little by little (in case you have lost hearts with a previous character)

2 figures away from the complete set. It’s the last two Power Puff Girls and they’re stupid money. Everyone else was picked up when the game went to clearance, on Gumtree, charity shops and eBay. I would also buy lots for low price, keep what we needed and sell the rest. The whole collection barely cost me £100. Ended up with both the PS3 and PS4 versions so both got the platinum trophy treatment + 100% DLC trophies.
