You only gave us 5 cities. Because Boise Caldwell Nampa, Eagle and Meridian are basically the same the only difference is county taxes between ada and canyon county. I can’t believe you didn’t cover ANY city east of Twin. I’m thinking this should be called Top Ten cities these real estate agents work in.

Nampa literally smells from burnt sugar beets, Caldwell has a gang problem, Lewiston has a large amount of property crime, Eagle is insanely expensive and there is much more.
