I'm probably going to pick up all these. Your recommendations come from the practical heart! Keep doing what you are doing. Reminds me of the good work Blair Butler used to do on Fresh Ink back in the day on G4tv ❤

Clicked on this randomly, great video sir. You mentioned that Jacob Philips’ art on Enfield Gang reminded you of Sean Philips, well Jacob is Sean’s son. But you probably know this by now. Again, great video! 👍

Im glad you dig the video! And actually i didn’t know that 🤣 But that is awesome! Appreciate you!

I'm 5 issues into Kieron Gillen's Die and it is knocking my socks off! Firstly Stephanie Hans art is stunningly beautiful, generally emphasizing two colors at a time, somber and deliciously fantastical at once. Then the world is really unique, deconstructing a lot of DnD and fantasy in general, but doing it with love and investment in it's own world and story. I'm also greatly enjoying the Gargoyles continuation and the new Conan from Titan comics.

I actually have the first trade of Die. It’s just in my massive backlog of books. 😅

Weird to see a list of BEST comics, where you admit to not finishing some of the books your recommending. A bad ending can ruin some good work and setup.

Give a try to "Beneath the Trees (Where Nobody Sees)". Kaya is sweet, I love it, same as The Sacrificers. I am interested on the Western, will try to read it. Thanks for the rest of the recommendations. Best Regards.

Oh dude, i read the first issue of Beneath the Trees and loved it. But i missed out on getting the issue. So i am patiently waiting for the Trade of it to come out. So Ill definitely be checking it out in it’s entirety when i can get the TPB. Thanks for watching!

Constructive criticism: hold your hands steady for at least 0.1 seconds when holding up each comic book.

That’s why comics are amazing, there’s a ton of options out there. Just because I love something doesn’t mean I think everyone will. But I just want to share what I dig. 🤘

Wonder Woman Dead Earth has terrible art work so I don’t touch it.

Wild Considering DWJ just won an Eisner for his artwork. Granted not for DE but it’s still just as energetic and gorgeous as his work on Transformers. Tell me you like cookie cutter art without telling me..
