Rameses from Prince of Egypt deserves to be on this list, the tragedy of his relationship with Moses is just done to perfection his character is just so layered and complex. He’s the dreamworks equivalent to Frollo just due to how real he feels as a character (for sure not in how evil tho, Frollo is still way worse if we are being honest). Definitely in my top three for best dreamworks villains along with Death and Lord Shen.

He's a villain, if he was totally committed to his job he would wait for the natural time for Puss to actually die in his last life instead of hunting him and breaking the natural order.

While I personally liked Tai Lung better then Lord Shen, I do agree that Lord Shen is a better villain given he has the kung-fu skills that Tai Lung has AND built at least 50, if not 100, flipping cannons. Not to mention that Tai Lung just wanted a scroll that unbeknownst to him was completely blank making it pointless, Lord Shen? He just wanted the whole flipping country.

@@cgnc9417 agreed he also willingly breaks the rules as a grim reaper and physically tormenting the person that he really hated and yes we know that grim reapers are doing their job but in this case he's different

Finally someone who recognizes Death as a villain. To many people using the following arguments: no, he wasn’t doing his job since Puss wasn’t dead, he even admitted to cheating, so end of discussion for this argument. No, he wasn’t trying to teach him a lesson, he clearly was mad Puss learned to value life. Puss not valuing life isn’t a reason to go after him, his one and only job is to deal with the dead, he has no right interfering with the living for any purpose.
