What jesse owen's was able to do in the 30's is insane

Hold up! Where’s Donovan Bailey? Also, the power sprint video, I laughed when there was no mention of Linford Christie.

Would Lemaitre be considered more of a power sprinter or a finesse sprinter? His build says the latter but he had a really strong stomping action at top speed, like he was punishing the track

That’s a good point of discussion. I think being 6’3” helps with the overall artistry of his form so I dunno. I’d love to ask his coach that one.

I think the creator of this video is bias. I mean there are far more fantastic athletes who succeeded at the sprints. What about Usain Bolt, Yohan Blake Asafa Powell and Tyson Gaye? To highlight Justin Gatlin would’ve been great!
@LiamFitness_11 Жыл бұрын
It's not about what they accomplished, the caption clearly says it all FINESSE. It's really a video about athletes who run balanced, relaxed. Yes Asafa should've been there but bolt, Tyson, and Blake never looked relaxed at top speed. Them 3 were explosive and always tensed up
