I started this program after new year ,almost a year na Dra. From 76 kg. now i am 69 kg. 5'7" wow this program realy worthy on our health my sugar count frm 500 mg/L now it is down never exceed 130mg/L. i monitor my sugar counts every 15 days...thanks Dra.

Hello Po guapa nga Doctora,, September 15 this year nag start na po ako ng Low Carb Diet, after 5 weeks need ko sa laboratory blood sugar check up,,, pinakiramdaman ko po talaga aking katawan kong ano aking maramdaman,, natuwa po ako talaga dahil hinde ako nagugutom at lalong hinde naghahanap ng matatamis,, ngayon nag try po ulit ako ng kanin 1 cup lang, aba Pansin ko po ginugutom po ako…. Natutuwa po ako na tama talaga po kayo ni Dr Iris.. bukas avoid q ulit Rice, expirement ko ulit aking health journey,, Thanks po Guapa nga Doctora,, sana’y marami pa lalong tao maniwala sa injo, kasi ako convince ko family ko ayau maniwala, gutom dau abutin nila pag no Rice 😂

We've Been into fasting n low carb or no rice for 8 mos now dra. Nawala na mga inflammation ko, wla statins ko. 56 kg to 50 kg maintained weight, my husband nwla. Na hilo bec of mataas na HB pressure, 82kg to 70kgs na lang din siya, fish, lean mear and veg na lang kami, wla na rin madami fruits. Possibly electrolytes imbalance po. Do you add enough salt sa daily food and drinks nyo? If not, try nyo po muna mag add ng salt, if may maramdaman pa din, check nyo po ang Electrolytes Homemade Recipe sa Life Without Rice and I suggest na magtimpla po kayo para sa daily intake nyo.

LIstening to this its now making me think, why most of the people here in vietnam have flat bellies, why because they dont eat much of rice and sweet foods, most of what they eat are steamed vegetables and yes, even meat.When you eat on restaurants , the rice is served last, and naturally you cant eat it anymore because youre already full.

Hi Dra. Rojo, gusto po sana naming mag asawa magpa online or face to face consultation. Ask ko lang po kung paano kayo marich. Hypertensive po ang asawa ko at diabetic nmn po aq. May mentenance na din po kmi. I try na gawin yung mga tinuturo nyung mag low carb actually medyo ginagawa ko na po na may takot kac gaya ng sinasabi nyu baka magkamali aq at kulangin aq ng salt. Kya gusto ko po sanang magpaconsult sa inyo. Senior na po ang asawa ko at pa senior na rin po aq ilang months na lang. Thank you po.

Hi Doktora kakatapos lang po ng aking labratory at nabasa na po ng akong cardiologist tumaas po yong aking LDL from 73 to 81 na bypassed po ako 2 years ago na po ng makita ko po yong lowcarb nyo sa u tube sinundan ko po yon 8 months na po ako nag lowcarb , kumakain po ako ng rice 2 tablespoon lang mixed it lot of vegetables at ulam ko minsan humba may taba , karne nilaga at minsan isang malaking leg and thigh , kumakain lang po ako ng full meal sa 11am po after that just one porkchop 2 pm bo more after sunod ko ng kain po nyan 6.30am po breakfast ko po lettuce cuccumber at carrots at any meat chicken or pork what is available po syempre 2 eggs po yan po ang takbo ng meals ko ,i lost 26 pounds in 8 months from 180 bago ako ma bypassed now 154 pounds na lang po nag woworkout po ako 5 times a week with light dumbell and barbell for 1 hour and i briskwalk everyday 7 days a week po wala na po ako tummy my waist now is 30 na lang po from 34 inches 72 years old na po ako maraming salamat po sa inyo Doktora ang ganda ng ngyari sakin yong aking Lipitor na 80 mgs ginawako na pong 20 without notifying my cardiologist baka ibalik nya sa 80mgs may mga maintenance pa din po ako tinigil ko po na yong metphormin mula ng nag lowcarb po ako ginaya ko lang po yong sinasabi nyo ang FBS ko nasa 110 lang po at AiC ko nasa 48 lang po fyi

Thank you, Dra Rojo-Tan for this session for beginners.🥰 I am assured that I've been doing the right or best practices on Low carb lifestyle.💖 I started the LCF lifestyle last Dec. 2021, & focused on the safe food in your food list. I also practised fasting for at least 14 to 16 hours (from sunset to 10am daily). My blood sugar level became normal in March 10, 2021. Since then I stopped receiving insulin injection (12 units per night).🥰 Salamat po sa Panginoong Dios na Makapangyarihan sa lahat sa mabuti & tumpak na kaalaman, buhay & kalusugan na bigay Nya sa atin sa araw-araw.💖🙏😇👑🌳🍗🥚🍖🦐🥑🥬🍓🥦🥰
