Nice video of my beautiful #Belize #🇧🇿 !!! It's pronounced Ra-MON's. Also, caye is pronounced like "key" and Jaguar is "Jag-War". Alaia is like how a British or a Belizean would pronounced "A liar". You pronounced "Belizean" and "Dangriga" perfectly though! 👍🏾

We own our own 5 star condo just north of San Pedro so have not rented space in these resorts. I do feel the accommodation in these and other resorts are quite good with friendly staff. You dining experience may disappoint as they do not employ professional chefs nor do they have access to a good varied supply of food, again quality restaurants like at Victoria House my surprise you regarding value for money, not in a good way. The excursions are very good but not cheap. We bought property in Belize after careful research.

Do not stay at the Marriott autograph collection. We just got back from there and it was absolutely horrible. The pictures are very very deceiving. Hardly any access to the beach and it was not nice. The transportation to and from was filthy. The food (which was supposed to be all inclusive) was not. They completely lied to us. We got there and then booked our flight right hack home. Was supposed to stay 9 days. Only stayed 2.

If you are interested in a boutique adult only resort in San Pedro, I would look up Playa de Sala. I live in Belize, and we love going to the rooftop restaurant there to watch the sunset and also enjoy the firepit on the beach.
