Great list of tricks! How do you ever decide where to rank each and every trick? Impossible! One of my fellow magicians here in the Louisville Magic club was showing me 'Lucid' by Roddy McGhie a few weeks ago. 'Lucid' is perfect for walk around/strolling magic which I love to perform. 'Thanks' for the list.

Yo Nick, is it possible to use DragonScale without staring at a Smartphone? I love the look of the fake deck it hides in but I did choose Pitata's Smartscale because it has a Palm Peeker. Thoughts?
@penguinmagicshop10 ай бұрын
Yeah, so in a parlor setting Nick will place his phone in his case. In a close-up setting he uses his watch. We have an app for Apple Watch and we are developing an app for Wearable OS for Android. Nick gets the peak while the watch is on his wrist, but you can easily remove the watch from the band and palm it as well. We talked about building a peek device, but If we built it in house we would have to charge $250+ at that price you can just get a smartwatch so we decided against having a dedicated peek device for the moment.

@@penguinmagicshop Ok cool. I am 100% Android. I may grab Dragon too as both have pros. Can Dragon be set to any stack? I prefer Osterlind's stack.
@penguinmagicshop10 ай бұрын
Yes, you can set DragonScale to any stack. The Wearable OS update is still in production currently and will be ready in the next couple of weeks.

It's not of the table to make a dedicated peek device or make it compatible with an existing peek device. Given the choice between a $250 smart watch and a $250 peek device most of the team preferred watch option.

Is envylope like david stones Mirage?
@penguinmagicshop10 ай бұрын
No, not really. In Envylope an envelope is placed in the back pocket, and a card is signed and inserted into the deck. The deck visually transforms into the envelope and the signed card is found inside. The deck teleports to the magician's back pocket. Mirage by JB Dumas and David Stone is a gimmick that allows you to vanish a deck. They both use a principal created by Paul Harris but the comparison ends there. One is a vanish, one is a transposition.
