Us Spidey collectors got so spoiled these past 2 years. We got all three classic spiderman eras in figure form in under a year as well. Amazing fantasy for his teen/high school era. Amazing friends for the college student/young adult era that most fans associate him with. Then RYV which is his family man/adult prime era

4:23 and if anyone missed out the Amazing Fantasy Spider-man, it was recently reissued on a retro card back as a Target exclusive! The one strange bit about it is that the spider-man depicted on the packaging, while in a Amazing Fantasy 15 pose, but without the guy being carried, also has a completely different spider emblem with a little stinger on the abdomen. I haven’t seen that type of spider-man emblem used anywhere else and wonder where it originated

I like the renew your vows, Spider-Man, but the amazing friends is much better in my opinion because he looks like you’re actually have trouble fighting enemies instead of bodying them by a single touch

I have mixed feelings about RYV buck being number one but I can’t deny the HYPE about that days hasbro pulse event. That day I hold near to my heart cause it made me feel like a child again hahaha

Love Renew Your Vows Spidey, didn't expect that you'd choose it as number 1 but it was a pleasant surprise. I like Amazing Fantasy Spidey, but RYV represents my favourite version of the character. A mature, happy Spidey with his classic costume. Cheers!

It’s about to be even better with that Andrew Garfield head sculpt. I think it’s a toss up between the RYV and AF15 body mold. I absolutely prefer the AF15 body simply bc I think the proportions are better. With that being said, it’s still an amazing body/figure

I have the retro card AF Spidey and bought it very recently just to have a new stand in for my pizza Spidey in the sinister six display I have. He's great and all, but for some reason I think pizza Spidey still captures the way I like my spiderman to be designed and gives it so much life. So pizza Spidey is still there and AF Spidey is hanging upsidedown from his web 🤣

Fan Vote 2020 Silk - 8/10 3. Retro Card Symbiote Spidey - 10/10 2. RYV 2-pack - 10/10 1. Retro Card Spider-Man - 10/10 1:26 Oh, Spider-Man TAS is also my favorite series.

I put the cosmic Peter head on the RYV body. It actually looks better imo. Since Peter is supposed to be older. I use the bare faced one for the symbiote suit. Whenever I get the Spider-Man 2 one, I’ll probably use it for that. Mile’s head is already inaccurate so it would make sense lol

The funny thing to me is that, when you get down to the details, it doesn’t even look like Spidey in Renew Your Vows. Retro Spidey’s actually closer to how he looks in that story. Renew Your Vows Spidey’s actually much closer to Sal Buscema’s art from the 90’s
