Your ranking is wrong! Already, you speak of medical universities, and you cite faculties of law, science, business and I don't know what else. You are used to quoting the same universities in South Africa and Egypt passing through the Makerere in Uganda. In other words, you only mentioned English-speaking universities, but it has been releaved that the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (Senegal, West Africa) is the best medical university of all French-speaking universities in Africa, since more than 25 years in common aggregation competitions. You're not going to tell me that the first criterion for your selection is to speak English? The faculty of Dakar is solicited by the largest universities in the world (USA, Canada, France, etc...) for exchanges and collaborations of work, research, etc. Doctors from Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar are much more highly rated in the world than all these doctors from the universities you mentioned. Stop your easy rankings that you swing without any valid criteria.
