Ya gotta admit, the falcon is so good they should restock it every year for the next couple of them, maybe 2 more years, but I'd say no more than 5 or once people stop chomping at the bit trying to get them, even now so many have missed out on it thanks to scalpers, it really does need the 20th anniversary character pack treatment up until they start to not move product quite as well

I started with the locust set back in 09. It’s crazy how far they’ve come. As of recently it sucks being in my region there’s been little to no sets anywhere at any retail store. It’s a big shame. I remember in 2020 I found them everywhere. Now it’s just completely vanished. I’ve resorted to having to buy everything online. My favorite set form 2020-2023 has to be the flood set. It’s just too perfect. I’m hoping things will get better in the future. I’m here to stick through it. Great vid and pretty much agree with most of the list.

My Mega Halo collection started with the *Recon Getaway x2* and the *Warthog Rally* . Later I added to that the *Ghost of Requiem*, the yellow heroes *Elite Warlord*, the *Marine Gear Pack* and the *Hornet Recon* . Yesterday I ordered the *Traxus Flood Firefight* as a final piece! All included this yielded me a nice squad of marines with an ODST specialist, a sweet Covenant lance and a handful of Flood.

The floodgate firefight is one of the most army-building friendly sets out there, as well as a great way to set up giant fight scenes! I’d love to have the Falcon Sweep so bad, but honestly I do not have the space for it. I’d have to clear an entire shelf to fit it.

Those are both great sets, the 20th pack would almost have made it if a lot of the figures hadn't been released in other sets, like Arbiter's Quest, Falcon Sweep, etc

Honestly I personally would've put the Falcon Sweep over the ODST Hive Exterminators SET WISE, distribution and availability and on top of that the aftermarket price, you are right that the ODST Hive Exterminators set is better, don't worry I still think this sets amazing, just set wise the worth you get from the Falcon Sweep is easily superior. (Amazing video as always Zee!!!) (btw if you turn bro-hammers harness upside down it becomes overalls if you didn't know.)

I just got into collecting in like mid 2021, and have gotten a few of the sets razorback blitz, unsc and banished combat units, that Halo Wars 2 banished brute customizer pack, the Spartan customizer pack, and the banshee breakout set, but for the most part I’ve just stuck with single packaged figures/blind bags to build my collection. I have more of a love for banished/covenant figures so I have somewhere in the 40s for those figures while I got somewhere in the 30s for UNSC. But I’ve got the recon getaway set and the banished garrison pack coming in the mail at some point. I wanted to get more variety in my elites since all I have is the different colored ultras and I also really like getting marines for the UNSC.

hey demarcation media! The number 8 banished garrison grunt is probably Briglard! If you notice in every set that released a mule grunt, this is the only one in RED, unlike grey. Which very looks similar to briglard.

It's crazy how far Mega has come. I started collecting right before halo 4s release and ended up selling everything I had at the start of 2019 due to distribution in Australia being bad and life happening. Coming back to it as an adult and seeing how far the brand has come is incredible and definitely makes me nostalgic

I think the best way to bring back the elite heretics is to make another flood combat set. We could get 2 elite combat forms with the gold heretic armor, 2 elite heretics and 2 heretic grunts, a new flood carrier mold would be nice too.

Interesting to see the Razorback on there--a lot of people kind of dislike it after how many just shelf-warmed for a long time. The Red Team Charge almost made the list. The Elephant didn't purely because its sheer size and $200 price makes it not accessible to everyone and also, the figure lineup needed some work

Idk why anyone would dislike the set though. It did get a second product run too. The original Amazon preorder for the Elephant was under $150. So that's definitely worth making the list for me. Especially with Johnson and Hood included.

Since I was like 12 back in 2010 I've been with Mega (and I'm still a mega fan to this day) and had some of the original old art figures. As much as I love Mega's sets I'll always realize how much of a bumpy ride it is with them. From quality issues, to distribution issues to scalpers, it has been a difficult hobby to stay in. I remember when I moved from Georgia to Florida back in 2018 until around 2021 I was out of the mega loop because of that and I deeply regret that since I've been playing catch up ever since. I missed another humvee for COD and the heavy cargo truck which I really want (I neded up buying a knock off unfortuantely because I really wanted one). None of my retail stores really have blind bags or heroes (been like this for the last five years living here) so I always miss out on those and can't believe I've missed so many sets. Right now the old UNSC vulture is my white whale set that I want to get (mostly for the stock of old green since I use it so much in my MOCs). I need to get some humvees (preferably a desert and a forest one) again for mocs. Its an expensive hobby but it is still a hobby I'll probably be with until Mega stops making sets

The scorpion is sick too, the elite general is my favorite figure ever made he looks incredible. With Mega making less sets and more expensive, we should get more fillers, I’m talking about an extra grunt or two, small terrains and fortifications, etc anything that adds to the value for both display and play.

The big exclusions for this list I think are crazy are the Banished Phantom, Scorpion clash, and the FUD model set, ghost of requim, red team charge, and the elephant. None of those sets are perfect or my favorite but I think they are insanely good. I think a lot of these should beat some sets on the list. Also does the 20th character pack qualify for this list?

The Banished Phantom is a pretty poor set, all things considered. Great figures, but the build explodes if you even breathe on it. The 20th pack is good but I left it off because so many of the figures have been remade in sets. The FUD didn't make it because it received a lot of hate on release and despite it being an amazing build, the figure included is terrible. The Scorpion is really pricey and the turret is poorly designed, with that shooting feature and needs to be fixed by the buyer, which is not what you want to see from a set

My only problem with the pelican is that you have to use the white support piece under it to hold it up. The actual landing gear in the back unfortunately can't support the weight of the pelican. But it's a small thing, other than that i love the pelican.

And I don't just mean from your video, I've seen a lot of people talking it up.. I'd have to go infinite scorpion odst exterminator set marine and drone set arbiter quest anniversary set (mainly just for ship master) Traxus flood set Banished phantom infinite mongoose with the elite and grunt elephant sandnest or whatever, the one with Lord Hood andddddddd I'm gonna cheat a bit, the Alpha 9 set. I recently got them, literally some of the best figures Mega has done. Having their names and blood types and all the other little details on such small figures??? Literally the best!

That resolve devinci software is great, and I bought stop motion pro for android. I found a image to video AI that will animate my mega pictures to add something different to watch, for views and longer watch time on KZbin. I will build the traxus set after, maybe do a review on KZbin. Your top ten sets is a cool idea, you should try your top 10 customs you have made, add minutes with part sets you used and painting tricks. I been watching how others increase watch time for more ad revenue. Seems KZbin be my only hope for extra money for that 219 year lithium battery tech international patent money.

@@Evelyn-qt3hi Retail for the Tank is $97. Also, the tank gun was poorly designed and required rebuilding if you didn't want a massive ugly drum on the side. The floodgate has less pieces, but more large and specialized parts, as well as new molds.

It’s also been available for $90 for most of its lifetime. It ALSO ALSO was made specifically after the 20-in-1 scorpion couldn’t meet demand and many people missed out on it. It’s an amazing set.

Amazing build and minifig line up. Its the perfect starter set for a new collector. Elephant Sandnest (yes I count it as a 2022 set) is awesome despite being a little overpriced and Falcon Sweep is just peak. Floodgate Firefight would have been one of the best sets ever had they not botched the Flood so badly and included some more stuff.
