Well, the figure comes with a bunch of diffirent hands heads and weapons from all the movies, theirs the sliced face from 3, the knife hand from 2, and the scar face from bride. Theirs many more when it comes to the assortment of items he comes with.

Well, Chucky’s scarface appearance was first from Bride of Chucky, and it has than been used in Seed, Curse, and Cult. I don’t remember about the TV show though.
