Quite ignorant statement. The difference of buying a car with holes drilled in factory or DIY is zero. If you are afraid to drill holes due to your two left hands is your problem

​@@atanasdionisiev3031rust is a big problem. You basically void your front bumper rust warranty if you are buying brand new and drill holes in it. If you buy used, then it's much less of a worry.
