Haven’t watched as many TV shows this year but I have a Top 5. 1. Better Call Saul S6 - Perfect Finale to a Masterpiece Show. Episodes 7-9 are some of the most intense and depressing episodes of TV history 2. Stranger Things S4 - Best Season of ST 3. The Boys S3 - Great season so brutal, Antony Starr is an incredible talent 4. Andor - Started slow but gets really great. One of the best Star Wars projects ever IMO. 5. Peacemaker - Really surprising for a character we all hated. John Cena shows his acting chops and it’s very funny

This was a great year for shows, BCS had literally the perfect ending almost at the same level as breaking bad and the boys was the most fun I've had watching a show in a while s3 is my fav so far. Great video Austin

Great list Austin! There was really no debate about the top pick. Here's my favorites: 1. Better Call Saul 6 (Breaking Bad might be a little better as a whole but this season is better than any Breaking Bad season, unbelievable. Episode 3, 7, 11, 12 and 13, puff) 2. Severance 1 (probably the best screenplay of the year in film or TV, genius) 3. Barry 3 (it got so dark all of a sudden in the best way possible, but the humor is still great) 4. House of the Dragon 1 (the characters are just so well written) 5. Lakers: Winning Time 1 (very few people talking about this show and it's just so frickin fun) 6. The White Lotus 2 (such a simple premise, but I guess I just like watching rich people live their lives, I'm a big Succession fan too hehe) 7. The Boys 3 (not as the great as the first, better than the second, Anthony Starr, just wow) 8. Stranger Things 4 (completely surpassed my expectations) 9. The Walking Dead 11 (biased opinion, I'm just a fan of this show) 10. Peacemaker 1 (watched the show with my friends, just had a lot of fun watching it) HM. Quite a list😄(meaning I haven't had even time to watch all these) I have to say I somehow forgot Ozark in my own 'best 4' listing. I feel Ozark is almost ascending above being on any list based on one season - the whole series is a masterpiece. Also - the only reason I didn't put White Lotus as by own top 4 is that there were better ones (for me) - still White Lotus is excellent.

Was looking for your finished thoughts on Andor for a while now haha but great to hear you were eventually delightfully surprised! I thought the trailers looked superior to the "Volume-heavy" Star Wars shows we got earlier, but I didn't expect it to be a political thriller on par with House of the Dragon for me (possibly better). That Narkina 5 arc was unforgettable! Hopefully Lucasfilm/Disney at least realize the critical reception of Andor has something of value, despite the more legacy-protagonist shows getting more viewership. Tony Gilroy should be proud

Moon Knight Unfortunately, I couldn't see Black Bird and Severance Season 1. The reason I have The Boys: Season 3 so high is because of this having so many things that I don't usually like, but it really makes them work. It's entertaining, really well-written and just a great setup for the future.

For what I heard from Netflix The Last Kingdom final season will be followed by a feature-length film titled Seven Kings Must Die coming soon. I haven't seen Andor, The Boys or House of the Dragons yet but it's on my to do list. I was sort of binge watching Yellowstone which you should watch if you have time Austin. Truly amazing performance from Kevin Costner and amazing directing from Taylor Sheridan

Great list. Full of things I'm either dying to watch (like Severance, Andor and The Bear) or have watched and loved (Better call saul, House of the dragon, Peaky blinders). Yours is an opinion I truly value, with so many interesting shows out and about, your opinion helps me prioritize :) You watch so many things you probably already sampled it, but in case you stopped I urge you to give For all Mankind another try. I personally liked the first three episodes, but in case they were too slow for you, episodes 4-5 of season on really hit it off. And this season ufff...it gives Better call Saul a run for its money as my #1 Show of the year.

I will give my short list if anyone cares - from a Finnish perspective. First off I have to say there actually were a lot of good series this year but 1.)Better Call Saul 2.)Andor 3.)Severance and 4.)Shantaram were my absolute favourites. Advertising for 'Shantaram' was imo mismanaged somehow and the whole series just showed up which I believe lead to it being cancelled - I absolutely would recommend it to adults and it is very binge-worthy. 'Shantaram' has adult themes and is captivating - give it a chance, while being cancelled it doesn't leave you feeling mad for the cancellation. My take on 'Stranger Things' is that while it is solid entertainment in many ways I feel the writing has painted the series in a corner.

I tried watching Black Bird when I saw it on your list, and it seemed interesting at the beginning, but by GODS do the tryhard cops really sully the entire experience for me. The two main characters are great, but Lauren is trying so hard to be a badass cop lady and nothing seems natural, nothing seems believable, and I people around her to giggle when she speaks...

Stranger Things season 4 and Andor were my favorite shows this year. Stranger Things is one of my favorite shows in general and this season delivered on probably its best season. And Andor was just a great surprise because of how disappointing the last 2 Star Wars shows were.

Kind of knew what your #1 would be, I never finished Breaking Bad, I kind of bailed at some point I found the show good but kind of beyond unbelievable. Maybe I am weird but I think Sandman is my #1 .... Interview with a Vampire on AMC is good if you didn't watch it. Kind of surprised that Ring of Power didn't even make it to your honorable mentions unless you are omitting it to cut on drama.
