Every time we play it we wonder what people who live in that area think of how the map is laid out and if they got it right haha. Also the move went well. Just a lot of stress and tears from moving from one home to the next. We are in a much cozier situation and all we need to do now is organize haha. 😂

hy, good video, first time seeing your channel, great work. i saw at your number 4 that you like cascadia, you have to try Harmonies! That game is cascadia 2.0. very easy to learn but it’s a little more strategic and the puzzle is more fun. try it it’s and i assure you, it’s going to replace cascadia on your number 4 of all time. keep the good work

I was so suprised when you said Castles of Burgundy because its never been a standout game to me. But I looked to make sure I was thinking of the same game and I find out there are two different games??? 🤯 Special Edition looks way more interesting than the original. Now i want to try it out.

They are definitely the same game but somehow after playing with the upgraded components in the special edition, feels like a new and fresh game. It also has the expansions which we have yet to explore. Definitely worth the buy!

As soon as one of you said Castles of Burgundy for number 1, I knew the other had to have picked Root. Because I have watched 88 videos of Top ?? Games of All Time, and catalogued every reviewer's #1 game, And Root is the most frequent pick, showing up at #1 Eight times before yours.

This is the first video of yours I've watched. Although I love your energy and personalities, when you're describing games I think you should imagine your audience does not know anything about the game. Like imagine you're talking to someone who is into boardgames but doesn't know anything about the particular game. It was frustrating to hear you keep saying the game is great and that it's made for you, but that doesn't help me decide if the game is for me. I want to know why you like the mechanisms, what are highlight moments you remember while playing, what does it feel like when you play, what other games can you compare it to, etc.

That’s a great critique for us to consider. And I feel that our problem is we start to do that but get so excited about specific games that we tend to trail and not fully explain the overall mechanics. But yeah we will keep that in mind for future videos and hopefully that will help. 😁😁😁

Spirit island is also one of my fav games. #2 for a long time. Plsyed over 700 times. Its great at 2. But Innovation from Carl chudyk is 100 times better at 2p than you ;) my goat #1 Never see it on any list 😢
