We are already in the big crash , inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt,the FED will have to pull all the stops . The unfortunate issues is that the other market are being decimated. If you want to stay green ,you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 15% and being carful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

I know right. one dent and the car is totaled. At least old cars (sorry, resonble cars) you can replace an indivdual panel or part. Now, it all comes as one set. No fixing it, no customization, no nothing. Gets the company more money

Well ... at least the Hyperion has doors that open upwards and not side- and upwards. Many of these concept cars are looking cool but you could never park them in a regular parking space because of the doors opening way too wide. The Hyperion is my favourite in this series. That one really fits everything a futuristic car should have AND it is perfectly usable in current day traffic and infrastructure.

My Ratings (In order of the video) 10. I don't like the amount of glass on the outside of the car, cause getting into an accident with it would garentee something to break. UNLESS it is a durable glass but that isn't explained in the video. Other than that, no issues 8/10 9. I feel like that large of a map could be a bit distracting. A smaller map that you can look at a glace I feel is a lot safer. Again though, not really any other issues and it is enviromentally friendly. 9/10 8. This one had more of my biggest issues. Mainly with the signal light projectors and how they would work on crowded highways where there isn't enough room to project properly. Second issue is the "No Door handles." If the sensor gets frozen, broken, or dirty, you can't get into the car. The video game projector honestly is ok even if a bit useless. If a person is biking, they probably won't be looking down and won't see the warning, if it makes a sound too, then maybe it would work. It does look nice atleast though. 6/10 7. Style points for the top wings, don't see the use of them but it looks cool. One big red flag I see is how both pedals look identical. In most cars, the brake is a shorter and wider pedal than the gas, allowing you to easily recognise them. The car seems almost empty, and worst of all, it has no cup holders. Sounds good too tho. 4/10 6. No real issues with this one, and that's the issue. It's just a remodel so nothing to really say here. 9/10 5. 10/10. That's it. 4. Floor screen might get damaged or broken with use. Self Driving cars are something I'm not fond of, mostly cause the driver should at least have SOME manual control of the car In case the auto-pilot breaks or worse. Still neat concept though. 7/10 3. Just a movie prop tbh but it would make for a nice collector's showcase. 8/10 2. The TRUE zombie apocolypse survival tool. Honestly, Someone was crazy enough to turn a handyman toolbelt into a car. 10/10 1. 10 out of FREAKING 10! Remember that this is my opinion but any arguements are welcome

Ok, first off, just to manufacture these concept cars has used the earth's natural resources, and quite a lot of it, when you add it all up! The manufacture of these cars, and in fact in any cars, can never , ever, be construed as good for the planet, however many miles they get on one charge, or per gallon of fuel they use! However , one thing all these concept cars demonstrate, and have in common, is that within the companies that produced them, are some extremely talented stylists, designers and engineers, that fact, cannot be denied! The " gizmos" and special features have had a lot of creative thought put into them, and really provide these cars with outstanding, but unnecessary gimmicks ! Unfortunately for 99.99% of the population, this video is the closest thing you will ever get to seeing them for real! Such is life!
