you're thinking of #4 too simplistically. he actually did a "true" volleyball spike. sure, it would be easy to just dunk a one handed lob, but that's not what he did... #2 is obviously insane. I didn't put it at 1 because he uses a pushoff" and the rim was slightly lower at 9'10"
