I still have my Slazenger SS Bradman Signature from 1992 awesome willow broke the bat in for 4 weeks & still is in fantastic condition , been hidden away for safe keeping the last 20 years 😉

I still have my Newbery bat, probably mid to late 80s. Used to have black and orange stripes but one fell off years ago. It was handmade in Pakistan and has one shoulder higher than the other. Don't make em like that any more.

What happened to the bevelled toe, indicating left or right handed bats?. I played club cricket for forty years 60 /70 ,s etc. Proper bats then, these things today are like railway sleepers on sticks.
