+Noctsire I think the only reason they didn't include them was because the Wii U could have trouble supporting them if they were put into 8 player smash (which I think is bull). If you put the Ice Climbers into an 8 player smash, that's 16 characters on the screen at once which is pretty insane and could probably slow down the game a fair bit. Removing them is Nintendo's lazy/bs option to avoid any of those complaints. On the other hand, they just didn't feel like adding them back into the game with all the other characters there are.
