Back in the day I was on the Internet so much that I was using the darkweb without realizing. I was just researching things. It didn't come to me that the darkweb was dangerous until I was FORCED in middle school to do a project on drugs INCLUDING prices, effects, where to buy them etc. A drug dealer had to tell me to get off and sue the teacher 😅

You don't get on the deepweb/darkweb without realizing it. It requires a special browser and even then to access anything naughty you'd have to know where to go. A 'drug dealer' wouldn't know who you were or be able to trace back to you. And I don't believe for a minute a criminal went to a court of law to sue your teacher over the use of a drug dealing web page.
