As they're not an official alternate version of them, I'd add the Planetary version of the Fantastic Four as a honorary mention. Led by the alternate "Mr Fantastic", this version of the FF team went to space knowing that they could experience a power-infusing experience. I'm not going to give too many spoilers, but they end up stealing from and killing alternate versions of several Marvel and DC super-heroes. Quite an interesting read.

Current Punisher as the "Punishing War Machine" is pretty messed up including the time he indiscriminately launched what is considered a portable air strike on a village in a foreign country sure he took out a villainous warlord who was hiding there but he also killed 1000+ innocent people who live there and the worst thing is he acts like doesn't care about the fact he inadvertently murdered innocent men, women, and children. Heck he calls Peter/Spider-Man "A wimp and a pathetic excuse of hero who doesn't have the courage to do what is needed to ensure bad-guys pay" when Spidey calls him out about the whole thing. Heck Peter even states that the Frank Castle he knew would've used the War Machine suit's tech to check for innocent civilians and then figured out a way to get the innocent civilians out before blowing the warlord to kingdom come. So yeah Punishing War Machine is a messed up version of Frank Castle.
