Demonical fit will only release their Broly if Tamashi releases it. DF is notorious for copying the hype of released figures. I would not rely on them to release a Broly. As for beast deities, that broly is already sold out and going to be super hard to get

I think one thing you’re missing when talking about what people are voting for is that the average collector doesn’t want to pay $100 for any figure. This is especially true for the large influx of new collectors, such as myself 💀. I’m assuming you’ve purchased some more expensive figures and you’ve been in the hobby for a while so these high prices are somewhat normalized to you but most people aren’t comfortable with paying ≈$100 for a figure.

I agree with everything you said. I collected them all recently and the only one that is ridiculously overpriced in the after market is Great Saiyaman. I remember back when he first released, they were having a sale for him and Mr Satan for $40 each. Man, how I regret that I wasnt collecting them at that time. I usually buy things way cheaper from the after market in Japan but even he's going for more than $150 there. Although I do have to admit, I would be interested to see what the box looks like if they rereleased the 1.0's. Would they keep the same old look, or would they use the modern style of boxes?

The only figure I voted for that made it was Cooler. Cooler is a grail for me but I do not want to pay second hand prices anymore. We need a new Perfect Cell, plus Semi-Perfect Cell. I’d buy a reissue Recoome before the Androids, Cell, or Z Broly. If the pictures have a light background they’re heavily outdated.

Who I voted for: Roshi Scouter Vegeta Final form Cooler The ones that are in the top 10 are a mixed bag. Surprised Jeice isn’t on there as he’s my second favorite member after Ginyu himself. Also he comes with the Goku head which is a really fun addition. I had Ginku posed with the rest of them in my collection. I agree with Great Sayaman, I’d get another copy if he rereleases to have him in just the green gi. I think people don’t realize how outdated a lot of these figs are. I’m wiling to vote for Broly as it still holds up and it doesn’t have the typical 1.0 joints. It was very ahead of its time. Moreover, it’s a holy grail for many collectors. As for the argument that there’s 3rd party companies, that still doesn’t make it any easier to get. The beast dieties for example, sold out immediately and the resale price is going to be absurd. All in all, Broly Z will always be a chase figure so it’d be nice to have an opportunity to pick him up.

@ I have burter and ginyu As for who I voted for Roshi, kid gohan, and dbs future trunks Roshis a pretty important character that got crazy expensive for no reason Kid gohan will take forever to rerelease due to being not that many years ago And I don’t see dbs future trunks ever rereleasing, he was a web exclusive and this will be his only real chance. He’s in the same boat the original Goku black was, except Goku black got repaints but they all came with way less accessories each time, if trunks somehow got think treatment he would only get 1 head and no spirit sword probably

Everyone is only voting for Z Broly & Perfect Cell not b/c they want the 1.0 but in hopes that it lets Tamashi know that hey their are alot of collectors of the line who want these figures and want a remake. Z Broly right now might be the most expensive figure in the line thats a old figure so it goes to show how much value he holds. But it sucks b/c alot of these figures do need remakes and not just a rerelease.

Need that Z Broly. Good luck getting a new Z Broly any time soon or if at all, and I’ll take quality Bandai plastic over DF or Kong. You want a Broly at a decent price and is still a great figure, it’s this one. Theres no guarantee he will getting an update so just cross your fingers and get this one.

There’s been like 3 different Z broly’s though. I feel if he doesn’t get released it might show Tamashii nations at least that they should make a new one. 3.0 Z Broly would be amazing! I feel ya with the third party because I would prefer an actual one vs 3rd party. I’ll def pick it up if it gets released because I ain’t paying $400 😅

Long comment here given my personal opinions and experiences Don’t care for great ape bc I found him locally for 200 with scoter vegeta and tonsen heads and sold the vegeta/heads for 160 but it would be really conviennt for everyone since pb shipping is only 10 Got the ginyu force for 490 sealed but again would be awesome for everyone else to get 1 member for a good deal 1.0s are whack, would maybe get broly but I saw df might release him too with more accessories. Got the Kong on presale and have both exclusive versions so still kind meh. Have 2 gohans but 2 extra for the extra geadsvulpts would be cool!!! Meh vegito as I have 2 as well

I have the strangest feeling that it's either going to be broly or cell that will win and unfortunately I would not want either of them to get a reissue. If we're talking about official release products I would rather they get a new 3.0 style body or something in between. Those two molds while they are not technically terrible are very out of date. Broly maybe this gigantic mass of crazy and muscle but the proportions of his old figuarts are bad and the face sculpts are pretty much the same. In terms of official releases he definitely needs an update. Perfect cell while the sculpt is not necessarily bad is inaccurate to high hell. The proportions and everything on this current figure of perfect cell are just wrong. Detail wise it's great but in terms of overall bulk and size it's just wrong. Pair that with a horrendous face sculpt that did not get better as he got more variations of his figure and you have a figure that's just screaming for an update. I would not vote for those two at all but unfortunately people will probably vote for them and I would not be surprised if one of them won. If they were to reissue perfect cell and give him new faceplates I would tolerate it as a temporary figure in my collection but I would still want a new version of him thats significantly more accurate as his figure desperately needs that. I wish I could say updated face sculpts and prints for broly could save the figure but unfortunately it's just a proportional nightmare and much like cell desperately needs an update. Android 17 and 18 are an interesting pick but I would not be surprised if we get updated figures for them and while they don't necessarily need one it would be appreciated. But I feel like those two should be low on the priority list and the figures should just be made available to the general public rather than limited time exclusives. So if a re-release is an option for them and if they somehow want this poll then I would hope that it's not going to be a limited time thing and that they are just a retail reissue. Vegito is interesting but then again we did just get a vegito. Cooler would be a very strong reissue, I have no issues with that one. Great Saiyanman is interesting but as they enter more of the booth saga I wouldn't be surprised if he gets an update. Great ape Vegeta is not a bad idea but it's not in everybody's price range before or after the scalpers take a swing at it and it's honestly a very big figure and not everybody has a shelf space for it. I would prefer to see the Ginyu squad come back in full.

they just need to make a new cell already. bandai should heed the warning that is tonsen art (and other 3rd party) with their kid buu release. if you wont make it then someone else will because my money is on the table. i just started getting into 3rd party because of the head sculpt sets, but i just ordered a beast deities, and demoniacal fit figures to start to get a feel for’em. i cant wait around for bandai to make the power moves.
