The worst part about the Zoo remake in Cold War was that you don't get the full original map layout. They blocked off several areas with metal barricades which really confuses me because one of the areas looks partially created. What's the point of doing that?

I rather loved Showtime. The slight expansion happened partway through the match, but it was still small enough to keep the shipment experience intact. The rest I can agree on.

I was actually happy to see Zoo make a return in CW. It's one of those maps that people tend to forget about, which was a nice breath of fresh air to see an old map that didn't get played much or thought of make a return.

Showtime is the best version of Shipment. It expanded upon it, whereas other Shipments are just bland in comparison

I love having remakes but not as the primary source of post launch content. They used to be a nice addition in a set of new original maps. Now, we get more remakes than anything else in games with barely any original content to begin with.

they remade zoo with the intent of it being used as a major part of one of the areas of their new Ural mountain warzone map (that never happened) so it just ended up being a multiplayer map with an expanded version in zombies outbreak

It really depends tbh. Sometime the chaos is fun, but it’s super repetitive when it’s every single match, the new one at least depending on the mode slows it down the majority of the time but once you get a chopper gunner it turns chaotic

I didn’t know that one map was a remake of pipeline until recently lol. Also, I think that WMD map remake was later made free because I was playing on it weeks ago. And I certainly didn’t buy that pass lol. That talsik backlot map was hardly changed from what I can remember….anyone know the main differences?

iw coud have easily just taken the mwr backlot and ported it over to mw2019 yes i'm use they would've had to change how the map plays in the new engine and play style of the game but everyone would have been happy dispite it being a lazy port
