Back in those days, these extremes were really extremes because there were more moves were added and barely repeating it. Nowadays the choreos are getting more complex, I can hardly keep up with them D: Or I'm just getting old.

The choreos are far less repetitive now if you ask me, although also less physically intense. It really depends though too cause by nature, the extremes will likely be more physically demanding than many regular songs.

Una muy buena recopilacion de top, pero lo unico que quitaria de ahi es a Papaoti, debido a que esta no es una extrema, si no baile africano, aunque por culpa de su fondo muchos la catalogan de baile extremo cuando no es asi, , de hecho su nivel de dificultad es promedio, aclarando eso buen video chicos! The extremes are rated based off of how difficult it would be for an average person to dance to it, who likely wouldn’t be wearing heels. If you wear heels for the dance it’s a lot harder but many people will just be wearing regular sports shoes or no shoes, so it’ll be far easier. Edit: or to better clarify, they definitely aren’t based off of how difficult it is for the coach. If that were the case, then most songs with female coaches would be in the hard category since most of them wear heels
