That's a pretty wide range from "a little overweight" to "rather heavy". 34 pounds is easily lifted in and out of the trunk of a car by a woman. 220 pounds requires two or three men.

You can find in my opinion a better option compared to the scroozer, check out the mototec knockout and Fatboy. Knockout has a 1000w hub motor and the Fatboy a 500w and both are under $1000. I own both now and my girlfriend rides the Fatboy and I the knockout and both have held up so far. Driven for 250 miles each so still not much use but I plan on posting a review on both soon

If you get any of these, except maybe that first one-Hollyburn, plan to take it apart and waterproof all of the electrical connections, or else enough rain and road salt will get in through the deck's wire holes and eventually corrode the wires and stop it dead. My Inokim Light did this in 4 months.

I kind of like the Glion. It doesn't weigh very much, it folds fairly small. When folded it has a handle in it that you can slide out and pull it along on it's rear wheel. I have a heart problem but I would like to go on walking tours around Boston and such, but I can't walk around like other people do and I would not be able to keep up with others, esp in hot weather. A Segway is way out of my price range and they weigh at least 80 pounds. I can only pick up about 20-25 pounds. I want something small, quiet, lightweight and with good range and I don't want tiny wheels as they get suck in cracks or stopped by bumps or unlevel ground. There is no mention on how to recharge them. I want to stand up when on tours so I can see what's going on, also, it's better for the circulation in my legs. The Glion seems pretty versatile. I could zip around the city here and there and if we pop into a restaurant to get something to eat, or a store I could just fold it up and pull it along with me like a tall narrow rolling suitcase. Then when I go drive home in my car, I would not have to struggle much to pick it up and put it in the cargo area or trunk of a car. I am saving the ones I like the best in my Pinterst account so I wont lose them.

So I have looked at all these various electric vehicles but not found anything that I want. Am I just being too choosy? Basically, I'm looking something like an electric bicycle, preferably with wheels on the chunky side to cope with all the cracks and potholes in the roads in my city roads. There are ideally one long, preferably flat seat with ways of fastening bulky items at the back for transport and something for my friend to hold onto and shopping basket - and this is where things start getting complicated - a flat space in front, like with scooters, to dump a crate of beer etc bulky items. (It doesn't really need to be any wider than a kick scooter.) A hook for hanging helmet from strap when not driving. The idea of two wheels feels natural but three wheels might give more stability? I somehow imagined the single wheel would be in the front but in all videos it's the other way round. The battery has to be easy and quick to remove when I leaving the bike in public and all the while the whole shebang should ideally be slinkier and a bit lighter than a normal 125cc motorbike. The mileage should be about 20 km but per charge but a double that would mean I can visit my friend. Or if the battery is reasonably small, a spare battery could solve the problem of long distances. I'm always late so 20 mph would be great and of course it should have lights, with standard lightbulbs for motorbikes I can find in any garage. None of the above is of course no good if the bike-scooter gets stolen, so security features are essential. I don't know what would work for a desirable machine like that but a design accommodating more complex way of tying a chain perhaps and a hidden tracker that sends a signal to your phone after installing the code into your phone... Would steering lock work? Now the deal breaker: it should all cost less than a new 125cc motorbike, because if it doesn't, I might just as well buy another 2011 Suzuki Viva style bike (running on gasoline): it offers all the features I have asked for, except I cannot pedal one and I have to use my knees to balance the crate against the steering shaft ( because I never think about taking string with me)

The question isnt stupid, but the law IS. I do understand the need to limit legal speeds for skateboards/bikes/scooters to 15 mph, anything above that can be dangerous for the rider and pedestrians, but outright banning them is crazy.

I started using it from day one and want to keep all of the videos in same style. I don't think that it's a big deal. All of the units can be easily converted, I can teach you: just type in search "xx" mph in km/h, where "xx" represents your number.

Converting it for every item is way too much work. I really suggest you to at least include both values since those American units are meaningless for the rest of the world (and you).

Thanks for the suggestion but why would you need to convert all of them? Every person picks the favorite item from the list and does the conversion (if necessary). If I start stating both values, the videos will become even longer. I've been thinking about the ways to figure out how to solve this issue but I haven't found a method that will work for everyone yet.
