Bro best clg for you as per your percentage is ( according to me ) 1) VIT pune 2) VIIT Pune 3) PCCOE You can check our word file as well for more clgs ..This are my top 3 Colleges according to me for you And yes the harsh truth is that its near to impossible to get government colleges this year on this percentage. But don't loose hope brother, don't forget to mention some of them in your option form. Actually its really very difficult to change branch after Diploma because paile hi kafi kam seats hota hai diploma students ke liye. You can talk with your clg faculty as well about this.
