The rpm control with the casing is bascially free, encasing a cogwheel does not take up the casing, so you should always do it like this to save space!

Apparently the instantly pick up create objects with the wrench also works on other minecraft stuff like hoppers and levers and maybe more redstone components

The minecraft rails work too

Lol 1 y ago but you can also use a datapack to make every block have the wrench_pickup tag too

2:26 Fan speed doesn't affect item processing, only the effective distance. If you want faster item processing, stack multiple fans at 1RPM From wiki: Multiple fans applying the same processing effect on the same block divide the processing time. For example, two fans creating an air stream through water will process the same amount of items twice as fast as one fan. However, different stack sizes take a different amount of time to process, as listed below: Bulk Item Processing Speeds: Item count in a stack | Processing time (divide by amount of fans) | Maximum belt speed (multiply by amount of fans) 1-16 | 7.5 seconds | 3.2 RPM 17-32 | 15 seconds | 1.6 RPM 33-48 | 22.5 seconds | 1.06 RPM 49-64 | 30 seconds | 0.8 RPM

A cool trick is to attach all of the large wheels to a small one at the end. The system pulls power from every wheel but it takes the speed of the last wheel and small wheels spin twice as fast. Easy way to increase rotation speed early on.

Stuff i think is useful. Big cogs is a cheaper way to rotate power 90 degrees, you can also put more than 2 big cogs connections for a simple way to power crushing wheel. Fan does stuff faster the more fan is pointing to 1 block, and water logged leaves makes washing stations look clean. For mid game there's a cheaper way to get andesite than the provided recipe, and that's is to just combine cobble with diorite which is cobble and quartz which from washing soul sand from haunting sand from gravel from cobble.

probably the most useful video I've seen in a while, I don't like tutorials on how to do like complete builds cuz I think it's fun to exercise your own creativity. it would be good if you could make like guides on the basic and advanced concepts of the mod itself, the interactions of different blocks and how to achieve things like item sorting and whatnot. cuz then one can take those concepts and apply them to builds.

i thought putting sandpaper in one sand and unpolished rose quartz in the other was the only way to polish it besides using a deployer with sandpaper!
@th3fish Жыл бұрын
I'm suprised you did not mention that, multiple fans makes things get done faster.

Items cook 4x faster at 16 than 64. Updating the stack size doesn't update the cooktime so 16 stacks is technically faster cooktimewise. Regular chutes are best when throughput isn't important but cooktimes are specifically if you are using it for personal use.
@matheuslucena11 Жыл бұрын
They do cook 4x times faster as 16, but 64 is 4x 16 so its basically the same processing time with less cloging up the system.
@vivianm1851 Жыл бұрын
@@matheuslucena11 this is more for personal use, like you need glass and toss a stack of sand in real quick and it smelts faster. Not for a big machine bc the 8 fans pointing at a depot is faster even at a stack at a time.

Sandpaper can go in the off hand to process rose quartz; both ways.
