These are some of the worst designed cards I've seen in the history of Pokémon you know your running out of ideas when the gen 9 Pokémon look stupid & have to rely on gen 1 Pokémon to carry new sets especially the most over hyped over liked Pokémon. It's an easy sell I get it. Then you've got the whole girl card thing which has made this hobby weird af.

Today I bought my first cards in 20 years to open with my daughter. last pack I opened was jungle when I was a kid. I got a ex box with 4 packs in it to open with my daughter. One of the packs was obsidian flames. Curious as to what may be in it i found this video. She wanted to open it because it possibly had a charizard in it.. and I’ll be damned she pulls the best charizard in the set. Memories were made today!

I’ve purchased two boxes of 36 packs sealed and an elite trainer box . I need 8 cards to complete the set and have all of the charizards and 12 out of the top 15 . For what I’ve spent to have the whole set in mint condition like perfect , what could I get for it as a whole now ? Or would it be better sitting it on until the future . Look it’s not the best set ever but some of the cards are beautiful and to have them all soon I’ll officially own the set and I got lucky as I must admit it . Spending money at the actual store on single packs done me no justice , you could tell even from the most reputable sellers that they just opened so much easier and where tampered with . The ones I buy factory sealed , I packed all

Just went to my local Walmart and picked up a box. Got the full art Zard, alt art Geeta, the full art Poppy and the special alt gloom card. I was pretty happy with it. Mainly wanted the promo and was hoping for a ninetales special art but i definitely have no complaints .

Fun story, I bought 1 pack of Obsidian Flames pack, i'm not a Pokemon fan and have never ever bought any cards or played any of the games, and well I pulled a Charizard EX card which I cant believe lol. I'll probably keep it as I really do like Charizard, I might get it graded too to boost the value even more. Cannot believe how lucky I got lol.
