I know that the endoskeleton has short ears but if you look at the endoskeletons eyes they are kind of a blueish grayish color and springtrap has the same color eyes so maybe the endoskeleton belongs to the empty suit that the purple guy or afton used. That's my theory Edit: 5:06 smike said maybe the endoskeleton went into the shadow Bonnie suit and it would make sense why its a shadow suit because when the purple guy went in the empty gold suit it had the same design as shadow Bonnie and the character was called spring Bonnie and spring Bonnie is springtrap. So it would make sense to have the character shadow Bonnie a shadow so it wouldn't spoil the 3rd game, and the spring Bonnie or springtrap suit was kept in the back room. Cased closed
