Might be weird but my thoughts with trading (in a generally even trade) is always injury related. I don't wanna kick myself later if the guy i trade for tears his ACL, if my own player i drafted gets a big injury, oh well I chose my own fate. Couldn't live with it being because of a trade that i had a choice to make or not.

The reality is managers aren’t making much trades with these border like guys or guys who have opportunity off injuries Buy low sell highs should be of more rostered player starters

@@Cmc206 These guys aren't borderline players. They're all must roster in a 12t league. You won't find Hart or Jalen Green or Sochan on any waivers in competitive leagues. But in my experience season to season there's much higher chance of trades being made with these type players, not managers blowing up their roster by trading their stars. That's reality mate.

If the NBA schedule was different and the fantasy season went into April (I guess it does for some people even now, even though it shouldn’t) then an April Fools show of “Buy High, Sell Lows” would be funny. Not a waste of time either because it could mockingly highlight bad panic sells like Wemby early this season or poor holds like Harrison Barnes. But alas the fantasy season doesn’t reach April 1st. I’m just rambling at this point, love the content as usual Josh!

What do you think is a realistic return for Schroder? For example I tried to get Van Vleet straight up and the guy didn’t want any part of it Lol. Obvious regression when the tanking or trade comes. I agree to a certain extent. I've watched most of their games because I drafted him. His steals and blocks will definitely decrease, but his efficiency won't. He has clearly made a conscious effort to be a starting PG, and not just a 6th man. He looks to make players open, and take open 3s, not forcing it. I think as the season progresses his AST will actually go up.

People panic in fantasy. The fact that he’s already missed games and has “struggled” in his 2 games might cause Miller owners to be frustrated and wanting to get rid of him for cheap. You wouldn’t be able to get him for cheaper than you can rn. The definition of a buy low.

It's because some people are afraid of injuries, you can try to offer lower on guys who already have a record of getting injured. Everyone hates having injuries, even as minor as Miller's. Depending on the package you can leverage that knowledge into a buy low.
