Atleast you're honest and didn't claim speeds in excess of 200 kmph which many patriotic people would like to have heard . Limitations of speed on Indian Railway network are primarily due to track and traffic conditions , not counting the most important factor - the train itself . Presently even the rails supplied by SAIL are not capable of handling HS trains .

I had travelled in Vande Bharat Exp on 15th June 2019 From NDLS to BSB. Now I can say its far better than Rajdhani, Duronto, Shatabdi or Gatimaan Exp if you want to travel in day time. Gajab ki priority and punctuality and maintenance like cleanness etc hai iski. 760 km me kahi bhi faltu me 1 sec ke liye bhi nahi ruki, only CNB & ALD me hi ruki, finally BSB me. All stations (like CNB, ALD, BSB) par 5-10 min before hi pahuchi. Top speed was 135 kmph and all the time it maintained 130 kmph between Ghaziabad to Allahabad (excluding some cautions and yellow signals). Fare bhi iski saari trains se jyada hai even iski CC ki fare 1755 fligh se bhi some instant me jyada hai and EC class ki 3300 to waise bhi flight se jyada hai....

The video is inappropriate and does not covers all fast trains. The video is biased. This only covers Trains running in Northern, Western & Eastern India. Many Trains running in Southern India are also very fast. And moreover Gathimaan Express is not India's fastest train. Currently it's Train - 18 (Vande Bharat) Express, is the fastest train in India, which runs at the maximum speed of 180 kms per hour.

Yes, but that is the top speed of a Locomotive engine and that too is 180-190KMPH max. When the compartments are attached The highest it can catch is 140-160KMPH(depending upon the weight distribution of each compt.) and that's not because of power or speed but because of friction, turbulence and momentum and therefore 130 is the permitted speed of most of these trains.
