Just picked up Robert Talbott. Agreed. This is a very nice hidden gem for the price. Will be a dumb reach for me. A nice light masculine fragrance. It doesn’t blow my socks off, but it’s just a nice scent all around.

How does the Robert Talbott rate as far as longevity? I am guessing about average--say 4-5 hrs??

@@dk302948 I’d say I get more than roughly 4 - 5. I haven’t done an exact test, but I feel like it projects for a good couple hours and then starts to dial back a bit.

Lalique still the best value designer brand for fragrances imo. Difficult to beat their offerings as long as they're still available. I know they went the whole mass appeal route with White in Black, but they get a free pass for that one from me. 😄 Really hope they release an updated barbershop fougere. That would be awesome. This year I'll be sampling the entire Les Compositions line.

It's so weird that Lalique stopped using the engraved Equus bottle since their primary business is glasswork.

What other Therapia by Aroma fragrances do you have? How do you feel about them?

Really enjoy the house. I just ordered two more waiting to be delivered, Fougere and Chypre, but other than Blue I own Oud Fume, White Mountain, and Fig Confite which are all great. Oud Fume smells a lot like Memoirs of a Trespasser from Imaginary Authors with a bit of By the Fireplace by Replica. White Mountain smells a lot like those evergreen winter candles by Yankee Candle and Fig Confite is probably my favorite of the bunch which opens a lot like Philosykos from Diptyque and then dries down into the Memoirs of a Trespasser vanilla woods. Also owned White Iris from them but it was a bit feminine reminding me of Infusion d'Irisi for women from Prada.

@@russellborrego1689 It varies. Sometimes quick. Most recent order has been a bit long. I think they are made-to-order by hand by the perfumer since its an indie shop. JoeltheNose is another KZbinr I found out about the house from who knows the perfumer Irene personally and visits the in-store locations. Definitely worth checking out his channel!

Apparently common among Indy houses from largely what I've read, though I'm completely spoiled by Happyland Studios and the owner who I've never had NOT ship next day. In probably 10 orders

The "Blue" from Therapia by Aroma has the best long/projection from this list I'd say. The rest are all pretty mid in those categories about 5-6 with arms length while the Blue one gives me 7-8 with a little better projection!
