I didn't like the 109 for that reason BECAUSE I used it with cream products. Since I've been using it with powder it has become one of my top 10! I do understand how you have heard that.

I heard about that, but never tried it because I was afraid it would eat away at the brush or something lol. I'm still undecided about IMATS. I will be 37 weeks at that point...as long as I'm not having symptoms of labour I will plan on attending lol

Fantastic review!!!! I am very picky when it comes to brushes as well. I am a makeup artist down here in south Louisiana. It is very important to me to use good tools. It was refreshing to see an honest review on Sigma & MAC brushes. I own both brands as well, and you "hit the nail on the head" with this review. Thank you for your videos. Hi Cheryl -Great Video! I have a mix of MAC brushes and Crown Brushes that I purchased on Hautelook. Have you ever tried Crown brushes? Some of them work great, others are crap.

have you tried putting clear nail polish on numbers to stop rubbing off? One clean sweep over name and number on my Mac ones works wonders! btw will you be at Imats? i'm pretty sure your baby will need you more lol :)

Clearly I'm a novice, what's IMATS?! Sounds like I need to be there. Cheryl, I attempted the navy smokey eye, I tagged you on IG, let me know what you think. I have to improvise a bit because my Tarte Call of the Wild hasn't come in yet so I used some similar colors I already had to try to re-recreate the look. I didn't nail but I'm going to get...lol XOXO
