Sasuke is being underrated in this list. As a teen, he needed 3 dragon flames to create the conditions for kirin, but as an adult, he only needed 1. Also, obito’s bomb blast was dispersed by naruto’s chakra tails, but Naruto in a superior form had a tough time blocking Sasuke’s fireball with his chakra arm. Sasuke’s susanoo can make fireballs as big as the 9 tails, which was overlooked
