John Varvatos original is one underrated gem. Beautiful fall- winter fragrance and very unique. Nice list.

Great list. L'Instant is one which I tried from a sample and thought was nice. Surprisingly, I got a whole bunch of rare complements from friends when I wore it. I didn't expect that. This autumn I'm going to be wearing Mandate from Eden Classic a lot for a number of reasons.

@@ifishares Thanks, Ifi. It's like Aramis but not exactly the same. Old school clean fougere. Very affordable. I prefer it to Aramis. Have you seen the movie Once Upon A Time In Hollywood? Although it was set six or seven years before Mandate was released it is definitely the fragrance Cliff Booth, the Brad Pitt character, would be wearing. My grandfather wore it so its got a special attachment for me.

Givenchy Pi was one of the first fragrances I purchased when I went to Birmingham University some 22 years ago... legendary fragrance and I agree a beautiful bottle... the original one had the Pi sign at the bottom of the bottle... Also Ifi I bought Dirham based on your recommendation when you first reviewed it and it is brilliant... I've actually been wearing it whilst on holiday in Turkey and it has worked just as well as in colder weather... great performance... finally I would say for fall... Flavia Cygnus which you have also recommended in the past is a brilliant fragrance!

I am from India, here climate conditions are very harsh, even if we wear a perfume from home, to car, to office, all in Air conditioning, still there is a lack of performance..... Rasasi la'yuqawam .....by far the king in performance....close encounters la Nuit de la Homme is good, but we need to decant it, carry in car and apply just before leaving....our weather conditions are not suitable for western countries weather...

yaar apne yaha Karachi mein bhi bahut garmi hoti hai. performance ka issue rehta hai and sometimes olfactory fatigue plays it's role as well. that's why I carry perfume in the office bag, and keep some perfumes in office, also keep perfumes and deodorants in gym bag :p

Ifi hello, “Dark Rebel” from John Varvatos it’s a master piece! much better than the two you show believe me. I know it’s not easy to find it but it’s a gem! Bentley intense it’s very good too almost niche quality
