Love the video's. We are moving back to Texas from Las Vegas. We were used to live at White Bluff Resort and now looking at Frisco Lakes It will top that area big time. I'm looking forward to coming back. I just don't want to be 90 mins from DFW LOL anymore.

Dana, You forgot Stonebriar Park, it’s newer than Villages of Stonebriar. Additionally, Stonebriar Park is all in Collin County vs Villages which is half Collin half Denton County. Also, the Creekside neighborhoods are fantastic, generally zero lot lines with a great builders and a great HOA.

I hope these two happen in Frisco's Universal Studio: 1.) It should have Nintendo world ( At Lease, kids version ) because Frisco is proud of its only (unique) USA video game museum. 2.) Harry Potter world ( at least kids version )! If you search internet, you can see how much kids like Harry Potter related things.

So much of the Frisco neighborhoods and DFW in general are the same. Ultimately the best neighborhood is the one with charm, good room between homes, and not overpriced by 40%. So basically…. none right now. Heh
