My favourite Queen story is her driving the Saudi Prince around her estate in a jeep. She was a driver/mechanic in WW2 and knows how to handle a jeep, and considering women in Saudi weren't legally allowed to drive at the time, I'd like to think she showed him a thing or two! 😂 Also the story from her body guard, when she came across American tourist in Scotland, such a wicked sense of humour! 👏👏

She is one of the only public figures I know about, who really kept her vow to "serve the people in her role, all the days of her life, be it a long life or a short one..." So sad she passed like she did...a tiny little shaddow of herself. 17 months to the day after the love of her life died too. She fretted to her core from missing his steady hand and guidance. I feel the Queen's humour and quick wit, along with many other things, helped build a bridge between the Royal Family and the common folk. We share more in common with them than most may want to believe. I feel she felt this, and wanted to highlight it for us all to see. I feel the main objective of her reign may have been to bring/keep people together. I feel she did that as best she could, given the circumstances. Her humour was a great bridge between peoples. I feel the "London Bridge" reference for her death was adequate, as she was certainly a bridge. An extraordinary woman, and a wonderful Queen to live by. Even though I am not a Royalist, nor have I followed anything of the Royals for a number of years, the loss of Queen Elizabeth II is shocking to me, though not surprising. I grew up with her (of course), and there are so many wonderful stories and anecdotes the deeper you dig. More importantly; though our governments may have changed regularly over the many decades of her reign, she remained a consistent and neutral voice of wisdom and inspiration to look to when needed. She was the common thread we needed - the familiar voice of continuity and hope during times of adversity and uncertainty. As apolitical as she seemed to be outwardly, we could rely on her words of encouragement and wisdom to carry us through from issue to issue, from crisis to crisis. She was such a great Queen, willing to move with the times. I just hope the likes of the Commonwealth remains stable for a while so that some of her biggest achievements remain stable and continuing towards her greater legacy.

Charles can definitely teach William a thing or two I've seen William dance LOL it's hilarious. He looks like he's in interpretating an airplane taking off

Well, most children find it funny - sticking their tongue out. And, as they/we grow up…most still secretly find it funny.

In the U.S. kids flip their fingers! Horrible....
@chaiamoon84222 жыл бұрын
Truth. My kid doesn’t. But my kid isn’t like other kids honestly. She gets in trouble in other ways but I don’t have to worry about her flippin her teacher the bird! Thank goodness. I know others who have kids who do it. The pandemic has really taught kids to push limits in a big way in the US. They really screwed kids big time in an aim to politicize a pandemic…and the next generation as a whole will all be needing a massive rehaul. You thought millennials living with their parents smoking weed was bad… wait till gen A1. Gen Z is really our last freaking hope.
@sara-marieulsundstiksrud89562 жыл бұрын
@@chaiamoon8422 What ever will be left of Gen Z - that is - there’s a different kind of pandemic on the spread, you see…And it is actually growing quite fast - regardless to what some might say. This one leads to sterilization and mutilation of children and young adults…

Children? I was recently at my Mum's house while she had a health assessment. The man doing it meant well but he was extremely self-righteous and was simultaneously boring and also annoying both of us. He turned his back for a moment which Mum took as an opportunity to look at me while crossing her eyes & poking out her tongue. She's 89! (Yes, I did giggle like a three-year-old. I'm 57)

I loved the Queen. I'm gonna miss her. She was a God fearing woman. Rest in peace Your Majesty. ❤ ❤ ❤ God save the Queen. Long live the new King. God save and bless England. I pray to God that King Charles III can be a good Monarch to England. His son William would be a much better leader.

Well I really can not pick just one moment by any of them that didnt have me laughing. The Queen did have a wonderful sense of humour and wasnt afraid to show it.If only Harry had stayed as he was instead of always looking whingy and unhappy since getting married, he really was fun loving.Grwat video, loved it.♥️🏴👍

Well it seemed like the Queen had been around since 1776, hehe as she was forever present & did SO much during her 70 year reign. I think her sense of humour kept her going tho her declining health got her in the end. However, she'll remain forever present in our minds & hearts. RIP dear lady & after all U did you deserve to rest now. 🌹

It is absolutely insane how spot on the 3rd and 4th season of The Crown was casted. Listening to young Charles, one can barely tell the difference between him and Josh O'Connor.
