I really like when show acknowledges its own clishes. For example when they missed quest record because they started singing before ending it, or when in slice of life episode when every gathered aroud mane 6 and were guessing whether its ordinary friendship problem which will last 20 minutes or monster atack(which could actually last 2 episodes).
