I think my favorite ones as a kid were Fun-stacle Course and Ghost in the Hall, both from Mario Party 7 since that was the one I played the most

I like Pick a Rope because it absolutely infuriates people who take competitive gaming very seriously lol. It's pure randomness. Most beautiful minigame goes to Memory Lane, specifically the night time version.
