Great games played! We have Pokémon Ubongo (which is a mini version)!

I have not played Marakesh yet. Played Amstredam 3 times. Love that one.

I played Hooky. It's good, and I have requested it from my FLGS. I also liked David And Goliath, which is not in print, but I've ordered Stick 'Em which lets you play a ton of other games like D&G, because it has 18 cards in 5 (or 6?) suits. After Us has gotten mixed reactions, but it's not bad, IMO. (Maybe add a house rule that lets you use rage to shuffle the 4 cards just played by a neighbor, trash one at random, but give them the benefit.) I played my own, new copy of Clank! with the Temple Of The Ape Lords expansion. It's really fun. And of course, I played tons of Blood On The Clocktower.

After Us has my interest! I really like the theme and art. Can't go wrong with Clank! I've yet to try any of the expansions though. I did pick up Clank! Catacombs, which I hear good things about.

@@hbg2 Everyone says Clank Catacombs is better, but I prefer the fixed boards (but I haven't played Catacombs). My house rule for After Us should possibly give the "trash a card" benefit to the attacker, as if they trash their own card. The big complaints are that deck-building is pointless (I don't agree), and there's no interaction (hence the house rule to make rage more important. Otherwise, rage IS a waste of limited resources. Culling your own deck does almost nothing, but attacking a neighbor's strong cards helps to fix the weak points of this game.) And it should be longer, like 120 points instead of 80.

Every time you mention Marrakesh, I keep thinking you are talking about the game where you lay down the rugs. I just figured out that each game title has a slightly different spelling.
